B2B-Portal
The B2B portal provides a central location for managing your Smart Watch HS 50. Your personal access to the B2B portal is set up by your sales partner.
All devices and warranty products are recorded in the B2B portal before delivery and assigned to your account. You also have access to the latest versions of the apps and firmware.

Productivity Cloud Integration
The B2B portal is now part of NIMMSTA's Productivity Cloud. This integration provides enhanced cloud features and seamless management of your Smart Watch HS 50 devices.
Cloud Link Feature
Cloud Link is a feature of configured apps that informs your cloud tenant about your connected devices and their information.
How Cloud Link works:
- Automatic device discovery: Configured apps automatically register connected Smart Watch HS 50 devices with your cloud tenant
- Device information: Transmission of device details such as:
- Device ID and serial number
- Firmware version
- Connection status
- Last activity
- Real-time updates: Continuous synchronization of device status information
- Centralized management: Overview of all connected devices in your cloud dashboard
Benefits of Cloud Link:
- Device overview: Centralized management of all your Smart Watch HS 50 devices
- Status monitoring: Real-time monitoring of device connections
- Maintenance planning: Proactive notifications of firmware updates or maintenance requirements
- Inventory management: Automatic recording and categorization of your devices
Enabling Cloud Link:
To use Cloud Link, the feature must be enabled in the app configuration:
- Create a configuration: Create a new app configuration in the B2B portal
- Enable Cloud Link: Enable the Cloud Link feature in the configuration settings
- Select an organization:
- If multiple organizations are available, select the desired organization
- The devices will then be assigned to this organization
- Apply the configuration: Download and install the configured app

IMPORTANT: Cloud Link must be enabled in the app configuration before first use. It cannot be enabled later. |
Download area
In the download area, you can download the NIMMSTA App for Android and Windows as well as firmware updates.
Configure app
To start an app configuration, select whether you want to create a configuration for Android or Windows. Once created, the configuration can be downloaded. It is integrated into an APK (Android) or EXE (Windows) that can be installed directly. The defined configuration is activated automatically after installation.
After opening the configurator, you can define the various configuration options
General
Here you can define the name of the configuration
Decoderboard Settings
Here you can define various behaviors of the NIMMSTA Smart Watch HS 50. For example, the app settings allow you to specify whether settings can be changed from within the app. Under Symbologies, individual barcode types can be enabled or disabled.
Rule Configurator
Here you can specify whether the scanned barcode should be modified, for example by defining ENTER commands as a barcode suffix.
In the upper section under EVALUATE YOUR CONFIGURATION RULES, you can enter an example barcode. The result after applying the rules is displayed on the right.
In the lower section under ASSEMBLE YOUR CONFIGURATION RULES, you can add rules. Select the modifiers or conditions to be added.
Modifiers process the scan result. Conditions can be used to select modifiers depending on the scan result.
The following modifiers and conditions are available

| TRIM | Removes spaces before and after the scan |
| CHARACTER AT POSITION | Returns the character at the specified position in the scan. The first position is 0 |
| REPEAT | Repeats the scan in the result the specified number of times |
| PAD START | Pads the scan with a defined fill character before the scan up to the minimum length |
| PAD END | Pads the scan with a defined fill character after the scan up to the minimum length |
| SLICE | Returns the part of the scan between the start and end positions. The first position is 0 |
| REPLACE | Replaces the specified text in the scan with defined text |
| APPEND | Adds the defined text after the scan (suffix) |
| PREPEND | Adds the defined text before the scan (prefix) |
| Conditions | Description |
| MATCH | TRUE if the defined regular expression is valid. Otherwise FALSE |
| ENDS WITH | TRUE if the scan ends with the defined text. Otherwise FALSE |
| STARTS WITH | TRUE if the scan starts with the defined text. Otherwise FALSE |
| INCLUDES | TRUE if the scan contains the defined text. Otherwise FALSE |
| COMPARE | TRUE if the scan matches the defined text. Otherwise FALSE |
Special Characters
In the upper section and for some modifiers and conditions, predefined special commands (HID events and Unicode characters) can be entered.
Open the overview by selecting the keyboard icon next to the text input field. The following special commands are available:

| V-TAB | "Vertical Tab" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+000B) representing a vertical tab, used in word processing and programming languages to move the cursor vertically down to a predefined stop. |
| H-TAB | "Horizontal Tab" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+0009) representing a horizontal tab, used in word processing and programming languages to move the cursor horizontally to the next tab stop. |
| CR | "Carriage Return" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+000D), usually used together with LF (Line Feed, U+000A) to indicate a line break in text files. It resets the writing position to the beginning of the current line. |
| LINEFEED | "LINE FEED" "(LF)" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+000A), used in most operating systems to indicate a line feed, moving the cursor to the beginning of a new line. |
| GS | "Group Separator" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+001D), historically used in data processing to separate logical groups of data within a stream or storage medium. |
| RS | "Record Separator" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+001E), used to separate records or data fields within a data stream. |
| STX | "Start of Text" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+0002), marking the beginning of a text. |
| ETX | "End of Text" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+0003), used in computer communication to mark the end of a text block. |
| SOH | "Start of Header" - control character in the Unicode standard (U+0001), marking the beginning of a header block. |
Customization Configuration
Here you can change the appearance of the app, for example to match your company colors.

To request a replacement, go to FULLCARE | CARE | REPAIR | WARRANTY. You will be directed to the application portal, where you can submit your request.
