Smart Watch HS 50 and TRIGGER PAD
The Smart Watch HS 50 is a small, lightweight, smart back-of-hand scanner that makes barcode scanning extremely easy. For operation, the scanner must always be connected to the NIMMSTA App on a terminal. The integrated high-performance scanner captures barcodes up to four meters away. Visual, haptic and acoustic feedback is provided during scanning. The scanner is charged wirelessly in accordance with the QI standard.
The right and left TRIGGER PAD versions are designed for right-handed and left-handed users respectively. The trigger for thumb operation can be positioned freely according to preference. A force of no more than 50 g is required to activate it.
Motion Loop, Bracket and Charger Inlay
The Motion Loop is the latest textile wearing and mounting solution for the NIMMSTA Smart Watch in everyday warehouse and intralogistics operations. Its smaller surface area and OEKO-TEX-certified, breathable yarns provide optimum comfort in all situations, with or without work gloves. It is adjustable in size and suitable for either hand by turning it inside out. It is easy to fit and contains no electronic components, allowing it to be washed and replaced immediately.
The BRACKET is the universal interface for converting a Smart Watch HS 50 for use with the Motion Loop. It is suitable for left- and right-handed users and enables low-wear use of the Smart Watch in everyday work.
The Charger Inlay is a conversion kit for existing single and multiple charging stations. The frame positions the Smart Watch with its fitted Bracket correctly in the charging cradle to support reliable charging. The Charger Inlay makes it easy to adapt existing charging stations for use with the Bracket.
Single Wireless Charging Station (for one Smart Watch HS 50)
The NIMMSTA Single Wireless Charging Station is designed for wireless charging of the Smart Watch HS 50. Its geometry is precisely adapted to the Smart Watch HS 50, making insertion easy. A rubber cord also prevents the Smart Watch HS 50 from falling out. The Single Wireless Charging Station can be mounted on a forklift truck, for example, and connected to any USB Type A charger. It is therefore well suited to industrial environments.
Multiple Wireless Charging Station (for 10 Smart Watches HS 50)
The NIMMSTA Multiple Wireless Charging Station is designed for wireless charging of 10 Smart Watch HS 50 devices simultaneously. Its geometry is precisely adapted to the Smart Watch HS 50, making insertion easy. The Multiple Wireless Charging Station must only be used with the supplied cable and must not be opened. It must be connected to a power outlet (CEE 7/3) before charging. On older versions, the "Power on/off" button must also be switched on.
Light Tag
The Light Tag is a small, lightweight device for building a decentralized system to locate storage compartments and mobile units much faster.
Together with the Smart Watch and the NIMMSTA App, the Light Tag forms the ideal Pick by Light solution. As soon as the logistics worker wearing the Smart Watch comes within Bluetooth range of the required location, the Smart Watch and Light Tag flash in the same color and pattern. This eliminates time-consuming searching and can increase productivity by up to 50 %.
A robust, residue-free adhesive strip on the underside allows the Light Tag to be attached easily to almost any surface. The combination of advanced LED technology and Bluetooth Low Energy provides up to 3 years of maintenance-free operation.
