1. Standard POV Flowcharts
This section documents standard Point-of-View (POV) flowcharts for common workflow patterns on the NIMMSTA Productivity Cloud Platform. Use these as reference templates when designing workflows.

-
Sorting Parcel Center — Outbound parcel sorting: scan parcels from the job list, guide placement at the destination (optional LightTag), then confirm completion. Supports damage and shortage handling via options.
-
Picking Article Scan — Classic picking where each storage slot is confirmed by scanning the article barcode (after optional picking box and language). Quantity confirmation, optional inventory, and LightTag support per location.
-
Picking Storage Scan — Picking where each pick is confirmed by scanning the storage code instead of the article. Same overall path: picking box → location → quantity/inventory → completion.
-
Picking Storage and Article Scan — Two-step validation at the shelf: first scan the storage location, then scan the article at that slot before quantity/inventory and completion.
-
Inventory — Stock-taking workflow: scan storage, article, and quantity, verify counts, and optionally capture serial numbers where required.
-
Picking Multiorder Multi Storage Scan — Multi-customer picking with trolley and handling units: assign HUs and positions, consolidate pick items from one location for multiple orders at once, then sort to different handling units for the different orders.
-
Picking Multiorder Single Storage Scan — Same trolley/HU/position model as the multi-storage variant, optimised for single-order picking, but pick separately for every order.
-
Sorting Parcel Inbound — Inbound parcel flow: register parcels on pallets or containers (LightTag), place and confirm, clear allocations, and inspect pallet info—aligned with inbound sorting and pallet reuse.
